Directions

Villas Misto are located in central Dalmatia, between the historic cities of Šibenik and Split, with a beautiful view of the coastal town Primošten and the Adriatic Sea.

By Car
Take the Šibenik exit on the A1 Highway (Zagreb - Split - Dubrovnik) and continue toward Primošten and Rogoznica on the D-8 (Adriatic Highway). Villas Misto are 30 kilometers from the highway exit, which typically takes 30–45 minutes.

By Plane / Car Rental / Taxi
If flying, the nearest airports are Split (SPU) 38 km away (~45 min) and Zadar (ZAD) 98 km away (~75 min). You can rent a car or we can help you arrange a taxi. Primošten also has a reliable taxi service (Taxi Markoc, up to 8 passengers).

Reaching Villas Misto
To avoid rough roads, first input this crossroad into GPS before continuing to Kamenarska 20. The last 150 meters are unpaved but drivable. Villa Misto I (5 bdr / 10 guests) is on the left, Villa Misto II (4 bdr / 8 guests) on the right.

Arrival Info

Check-in
From 16:00. We usually greet you in person and answer any questions.

The Keys
No physical keys – you'll get a unique digital code by message before arrival.

Guest Registration
We must register all guests with the Tourist Board. We’ll quickly check passports/IDs at check-in.

Security Deposit
500€ per house in cash on arrival. Refunded at departure if no damage.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 10:00 so we can prep for the next guests. We’ll usually stop by in person.

Please before you leave:

• Put all used towels on the bathroom floor.
• Leave linens on the beds.
• Dispose of any garbage and leftover food.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.

Security Deposit Refund
Returned in full at check-out if all is in good order.
