House rules

We want to make sure your stay at Villas Misto is as enjoyable as possible. To help avoid any misunderstandings, please review our house rules. By confirming your reservation, you agree to follow these rules in full. Villas Misto reserves the right to end your stay early if the house rules are not respected.

• Check-in is from 16:00. If you plan to arrive later than 20:00, please inform us in advance to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements.
• Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure to allow us time to prepare the villas for the next guests.
• ID Check: All guests must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) upon arrival for registration with the Tourist Board. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Occupancy Limits: Villa Misto I accommodates up to 10 people, and Villa Misto II accommodates up to 8 people, including children of all ages. Exceeding these limits is not permitted.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €500 in cash per house is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided no damages occur during your stay.
• Utilities and Linens: The rental price includes utilities, taxes, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels. Towels and linens are changed weekly.
• Security Cameras: A security camera monitors the parking area and driveway to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Parties and Events: Hosting parties or events is not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house but is allowed outdoors.
• Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host. Unannounced pets may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Pets are not allowed in the pool, and any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility.
• Furniture: Do not rearrange or relocate furniture without permission. Indoor furniture should not be used when wet or in wet swimwear.
