House rules

In order to guarantee a pleasant stay and avoid any possible misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules. By confirming your reservation, it is assumed that all guests are aware of and agree to abide by these rules in their entirety. Please note that Villas Misto reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guests who do not adhere to the house rules.

• Guests are welcome to check in starting from 16:00 on the day of their arrival. Should you anticipate a late check-in after 20:00, please reach out to us beforehand so that we can ensure suitable arrangements are made.

• Upon arrival, it is mandatory for all guests to provide a valid identification document (passport or ID) in order to complete the registration process with the Tourist Board. Please note that only individuals who have been registered with the Tourist Board are permitted to access the property.

• Villa Misto I has been designed, constructed, furnished, registered and insured to accommodate a maximum of 10 individuals, regardless of age. It is crucial to respect this occupancy limit, as the property strictly enforces the rule of not exceeding 10 people (0+ years old) on the premises at any given time.

• Villa Misto II has been designed, constructed, furnished, registered and insured to accommodate a maximum of 8 individuals, regardless of age. It is crucial to respect this occupancy limit, as the property strictly enforces the rule of not exceeding 8 people (0+ years old) on the premises at any given time.

• Please be advised that a refundable security deposit of 500€ in cash per house per stay is required upon check-in. This deposit serves as a guarantee and will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out, provided that there are no damages to the house during your stay.

• The rental price includes bed linens and towels for each guest, which are changed on a weekly basis.

• The rental price includes all utility costs, taxes, and the cost of the final cleaning.

• To ensure the security of both our valued guests and our premises, we have installed a security camera that monitors the parking area and the driveway.

• The hosting of parties or events is not permitted.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house, but it is permitted exclusively on the external premises.

• Pets are allowed only with the permission of the host. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed, and Villas Misto has the right to cancel the reservation in this case. The guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets are not allowed to use the swimming pool.

• Guests are strictly prohibited from rearranging or relocating the furniture to any other accommodation unit, outdoor areas, or the pool without obtaining prior consent from the host.

• The usage of indoor furniture, such as sofas, chairs, and beds, is strictly forbidden when wet or when wearing wet bathing suits.

• It is important for guests to check out of the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure. This allows ample time for the villas to be prepared for the next guests who will be checking in at 16:00.
