House rules
A few simple rules for an easy stay.
Please read these rules before arrival. They help us keep both houses safe, comfortable and ready for every guest.
The essentials
Please make yourself at home – and respect the place.
Registered guests
All overnight guests must be registered with the Tourist Board. Unregistered visitors are allowed only with prior approval.
Occupancy
Misto I accommodates up to 10 guests and Misto II up to 8, including children and infants. The Misto complex accommodates up to 18 guests. Exceeding these limits is not permitted.
Pets
Misto I is pet-free. Pets are welcome at Misto II only with prior approval. They may not enter the pool or be left alone on the property. Guests are responsible for any damage.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. It is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
Parties and events
Parties and events are not permitted. Gatherings are limited to the registered guest group.
Arrival and departure
The practical details.
Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive after 20:00.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00, so the house can be prepared for the next guests.
Security deposit
A €500 cash security deposit is required per house. It is refunded at check-out if there is no damage or major rule violation.
During your stay
A few things to keep in mind.
Furniture
Please do not move furniture between rooms or houses without permission. Avoid using indoor furniture while wet or in swimwear.
Security
The driveway and parking areas are monitored by security cameras.
Linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Included in your stay
The price includes utilities, tourist tax and final cleaning.
