Clear terms for direct bookings.
These terms apply to bookings made directly with Misto through this website.
Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed when the payment due at the time of booking has been received.
- For bookings made more than 60 days before arrival, a 30% payment is due at booking and the remaining 70% is due 60 days before arrival.
- If the remaining balance has not been received within 7 days after its due date, we may charge the card used for the deposit for the outstanding amount.
- For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due at booking.
- A different payment schedule applies only if we confirm it to you in writing.
- Payments may be made by card or bank transfer, using the options shown during booking.
Cancellation
Payments are non-refundable. If the cancelled dates are rebooked, we will refund the amount recovered from the replacement booking.
We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and interruption of your stay.
What the price includes
The total price shown during booking includes VAT, tourist tax, utilities, pool heating, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Guests and occupancy
- Misto I accommodates up to 10 guests, Misto II up to 8 guests and the Misto complex up to 18 guests, including children and infants.
- The names and number of guests provided with the booking must be accurate. Valid identification is required for registration with the Tourist Board.
- Only registered guests may stay at the property. Visitors require our prior written approval.
Arrival, departure and security deposit
- Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
- A refundable cash security deposit of €500 per house is required at check-in. It is returned at check-out provided there is no damage or major rule violation.
House rules
The house rules form part of these booking terms. By completing a booking, the person making the booking accepts responsibility for ensuring that everyone in the group follows them.
